victoire is the oldest of the weasley clan, just like her father before her. she was sorted into ravenclaw, having been the first weasley to not be put into gryffindor. after graduating, she went to work at gringotts. she was eligible to train to be an auror, but decided not to until her uncle harry was murdered. she is currently in training and living close to the majority of the weasley/potter clan.

victoire was a social butterfly at hogwarts. having been a prefect, she talked with all the students of all the houses. her best friend is from the slytherin house. she kept tabs on all of her cousins and brother and sister. she keeps in touch with most of her friends she graduated with and takes special visits back to the castle to visit some of her younger friends. she has one best friend that is just as great as a sister as dominique is to her.

it's no secret that victoire and teddy had a thing. the blonde just won't admit her feelings for him. after their relationship ended, she was friends with a female slytherin she met on the quidditch field. their friendship blossomed into a relationship that lasted a short two months and they both felt they were better as friends - best friends in fact. currently, she tells herself that she is too busy training to be an auror to worry about romance, but if the chemistry is there, she may think otherwise.

yeah, with her age, he would have been her professor for a year as well, if she took transfig. i'd also say he doesn't like her, but more so for her familial name than her personally. sad to say, that can cause lots of animosity without having ever actually spoken to someone. i'd say she was one of those bubbly students he couldn't stand, an often used her as an example, if and when he could.

Rose and Victoire:
Cousins! Although, I think Rose would find her to be inspiring in her career as an author, but also I don't think the girls would know each other too well, considering Vic is the oldest of the cousins maybe she could be a distant big sister type.
