friends are far and few for this guy, he is a generally cold person all around and doesn't shy away from getting his way. His temper is high and his name brings enemies and he doesn't think fondly of anything muggle-related, having come from a prominent pure-blood family himself. Any friends would be from school and childhood related and to know to stay clear of his temper. His love life is rather barren and he doesn't mind, an arranged marriage might happen in the future, though his charm can get any lady and his looks as well he uses them and thinks of those relationships only superficially. His family is extremely important to him and he would do whatever to protect his family and their name.

Russo & Cassio
Well, I think the only thing she'd be interested in about him is that he's a looker. I mean, c'mon, he's pretty hot. And Russo would likely notice that, but she'd never ever persue a guy like that. Probably just admire from afar when they did manage to end up in the same room. As it is, he's only a year older than she is, and a Slytherin at that, so they probably would have had at least a few encounters at school, especially if he were the type to pick on her friends, at which point she'd probably tell him where to shove it, as it were. He works for the ministry, so I imagine that she might have to do something in her journalism job about the ministry in one or two of her articles, maybe she could interview him at some point about something? XD So far all I can come up with is dislike and occasional oggling. Any ideas?

Yea, he's a bit anti-social haha. i'm sure his family is well known to the papers as well because of their Pure-Blood status and that they're haters in general, and he works for International Magical Cooperation so naturally i'm sure he would have been interviewed at one point or another.
