They say I look like, Robert Sheehan But I don't really see it- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - You don't know your beautiful:Standing at exactly six feet, Cian is pretty darn tall. Thankfully he has a fast metabolism and spends enough time running around to get to lessons on time, making him slender enough to be considered attractive. He is somewhat lanky, but not awkwardly so. His skin is a fair, rather pale color characteristic in people of Irish ethnicity. Moving onto features, Cian has a huge mess of thick curls that spills over his ears, perhaps making him appear even taller. Cian's eyebrows are more or less the same dark brown color as his hair; they're thick and wide, resting low above his eyes. His eyes, almost almond-shaped, are mixtures of green with a hint of hazel-brown at the center. He has a large, wide nose that stretches down his face. His lips almost always show his classic smirk; something between an awkward smile and mischievous one.
Cian inherited most of his features from his father, until you reach the hair. The thick curls are a trademark Brennan feature that seems to hit everyone in the family, especially his mother. The only way to make the curls manageable is to cut it short - something Cian hates, as he feels naked without his hair. Something rather odd is how much Cian likes muggle clothes. While he would never wear them to Hogwarts, at home he adores his leather jackets and sunglasses.
What make me unique; When people think of Cian, one of the first words likely to pop up in their head would be 'asshole'. Most of the time, he's an arrogant, self-centered jerk who only cares about himself. There are always days, of course, when he isn't acting so terribly, but someone would be lucky to run into him then. He is incredibly stubborn and determined - when he starts something, he has to finish it. He doesn't let up in arguments and has to have the last word. He's blunt, always expressing his opinions without a care about what they may to. In all of these negative traits, of course, there are some positive. Not much, but enough to make him less of a bad person. Cian, once he trusts someone and considers them his friend, becomes incredibly loyal. He's incredibly protective of his friends as well; he won't stand for insults being thrown their way. Cian can also drop his vulgar attitude to be charismatic enough to make a good impression... sometimes. His parents desperately wish that his personality was brought on by a terrible event; they blame it on the death of his best friend and twin brother. However, little did they know, Cian was already headed in this direction before he left for Hogwarts the first time.
Cian's main traits can be both weaknesses and strengths, depending on how applied. His determination is certainly a good thing, until someone sees how he doesn't know when to give up, even in a losing battle. However, he is confident in himself and instinctive. Cian is clever and strong, both emotionally and physically. Unfortunately, he is subject to paranoia that can deter such strength. He always seems to think someone is secretly against him, which may or may not be true. Cian's biggest fear is failure. Sure, failing an assessment isn't bad - though that would never happen to him, oh no, but failing a goal he set out for himself? He might as well die. That brings us onto another fear - death. Not in general, but dying before his time. Cian believes he was put in this world to do something, he just doesn't know what. Once he believes all he needs to do has been done, death won't be so frightening anymore. Also, he's afraid of spiders. Don't bring those disgusting things near him. Living the teenage dream,
Lena Brennen, halfblood, and Cormac Reilly, pureblood, had both been Ravenclaws. They started dating their sixth year at Hogwarts and continued through their seventh year. Never interested in anyone else, they ended up getting married shortly after leaving Hogwarts. April 13, 2006, they had their first children. Cian Tadhg and Callum Diamuid were both boys, born in Cork, Ireland. From the beginning, Cian had always loved his brother. The two were inseparable, causing havoc wherever they went. They loved to attempt and trick their parents, who would only play along for their amusement. Four years later, a sister was born. Sinead Aine Reilly was more like Callum than Cian; she was more of a follower than a leader. The boys welcomed her into their lives. Cian had a perfectly fine childhood. He was a selfish, spoiled child in a loving family. Cian's brother was much nicer than he; Callum was his voice of reason and kept him grounded.
As expected in a family of wizards, Cian and Callum received their Hogwarts right on time. Cian was beyond excited to be going away to a school for wizards with his brother. He saw it as a great experience to learn how to use magic. During the summers between years, Cian and his family would go to their country home near a muggle town. It was there that Cian developed a fascination for muggle clothing and culture. He found both peculiar yet interesting, enough to get him wandering through shops and even buying what caught his eye.
There was one summer, however, that didn't go as expected. It was the summer between their third and fourth year. Cian and Callum were on their way back from the muggle town. Already it was dark, the moon was out, and there was nothing around but a path through the forest. Cian had the feeling they were being followed, perhaps why he's so paranoid now, but never mentioned it. Just as the path ended and just out of sight of their home, the boys were attacked by a werewolf. Easily, the werewolf tore into Callum's arm, breaking it. Callum dropped like a fly underneath the werewolf's weight. He was probably already dead. Cian simply stood wide-eyed, plastered against a tree and unwilling to move. He was in a state of shock and unable to move his legs to run for help. The werewolf finally stopped his attack, only to look up and stare at Cian. Surprisingly, the werewolf ignored him and ran off, leaving Callum for dead. Cian ran for his parents, a mess of tears, to tell them what happened. All three rushed back, only to find Callum's body gone. It was assumed that, after Cian left, the werewolf came back to claim the his brother's body. That single day, the worst in his life, has scarred him. He holds a grudge against all werewolves and finds it hard to be friendly to them, even if they weren't the one who killed his brother.
Cian was depressed for a while, in a constant state of disbelief and distress. He began recovering quickly before school started up again, not wanting others to see him weak. He hoped no one would know about the attack, but unfortunately, that wasn't how it worked. After his parents reported the attack, it had appeared in the papers. Everyone knew, some pitied him. Cian hated it and hated anyone who approached him to apologize for what had happened. Untruthfully, he said he was fine. Sure, as time passed, he began to feel more comfortable with what happened. He'll never forgive that werewolf, but he can forget. Eventually he was back to a ruder version of his previous self, and drowned himself in his studies. After conquering wandless magic by the middle of his fifth year, he began to practice occlumency with his father, who had mastered said trait. It took him ages to get a hold on it, but as of his sixth year, he's pretty skilled at it. Cian is currently working on nonverbal magic, in and out of school, hoping to master it by the end of his sixth year. And that brings us to the present.
