Jax Vincent GoyleWell I haven't got it all figured out quite yet but Even if it takes my whole life to get to where I need to be And if I should fall to the bottom of the end I'll be one step back to you Born to be, Jax Vincent Goyle

They say I look like, Josh Hutcherson But I don't really see it- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - You don't know your beautiful:So i'm not really what you would call classically handsome, but I'm not hard on the eyes either, i don't think... I'm not really all that tall, only about 5'7", and i'm solidly built. And by solidly built i don't mean fat, i really enjoy working out so do have a body i'm proud of, toned wihout being ripped. I've got quite a square face, a strong jawline, straight nose, short brain hair & blue/grey eyes.
What make me unique;I heard about this muggle movie once, it was about this green monster thing that ran around with a talking donkey - but he said he was an onion, lots of layers. I always liked that analogy, I am an onion with many layers (though I hope I smell slightly better!).
If you asked my fellow Slytherin's about me they'd probably laugh and say something like, "Goyle? Yeah good guy, funny, smart, kinda quiet i guess, seems alright". In Slytherin house i'm surrounded by arrogant, cocky types all day every day and thats fine, they're my mates, but it's not me. I guess i'm more like my old man in that respect, happy to stay in the background a bit more rather than battle everyone else for the spotlight. That isn't to say that i'm by any means shy or a wallflower at all - im just happy to be. I'll speak my mind when the occasion calls for it.
What else... I'm funny, smart and dedicated. I'm passionate about many things, my studies, my family, my friends, quidditch (I play beater) and always give 110%. I'm a loyal friend and a good listener, which is why i guess i'm involved in pretty much everything that goes on... people don't really give the quiet guy enough credit, i'm constantly being underestimated.
You may be asking yourself by now how I ended up a Slytherin as everything i've said aren't exactly 'Slytherin-esque' traits right? Like I said, just because i'm happy taking a step back and following to a certain extent i get underestimated, but the thing is when crunch time comes i'm what they call a closer, I get the job done.
Beyond all of that? I'm just a regular guy. I'm kinda awkward around girls (though there's only one i've ever wanted and I don't stand a chance with her anyway), i've got a little sister that's getting to be to pretty for her own good and is causing me sleepless nights, and i'm just trying to figure life out one day at a time. Living the teenage dream,
I'm the middle of 3 kids born to Gregory & Shauna Goyle. My middle name, Vincent, is after one of Dad's best friends Vincent Crabbe who died during the battle of Hogwarts back in the day. The whole middle child thing wasn't really an issue growing up, I think it's probably because my parents had 3 kids in 3 years, so we're all so close in age that none of us really remember a time when all 3 of us weren't around.
My childhood was pretty normal I guess, well what I would consider normal anyway. My father is a pretty simple guy so as long as we didn't disobey him then life was easy. Mum was the one you had to be careful of, that woman is not afraid to hex you to oblivion if you mess up. Dad instilled in all of us from a young age an understanding as to what it meant to be pureblood, and those standards of living aren't something i'd ever go against if I can help it. It means to much to my family, and maybe I don't feel as strongly about it as my Dad does, but I respect him so the least I can do is try to live as per his wishes.
One thing he stressed was the importance of blood in choosing your future partner, at the time I never thought much of it, I was a kid what did I care about thinking about what i'd look for in my future wife? The thought of girls was gross anyway... hell the truth is i've only ever met one girl who i've even been attracted to, that's how I know she's the one for me - Rosine Lestrange. I was about 8 or 9 I guess the first time we met and i've been in love with her ever since. She's a year older than me and is currently a 7th year Slytherin. I'm pretty sure she knows how I feel about her even though i've never said anything or made a move at all, Rosine just knows things like that... Just like how I know she doesn't feel the same.
Anyway, sorry I tend to go off on tangents where Rosine is concerned... So back to my childhood, I was 10 when my brother went off to Hogwarts. When the owl came home saying he'd been sorted into Ravenclaw a vein throbbed in my fathers forehead that i've never seen before. Mum talked sense into him though, made him see it from another perspective so by the time he came home Dad had got used to the idea of his eldest being a Raven, even if he wasn't thrilled about it. The following year it was my turn and even though it was never said I definitely felt the pressure during my sorting. The hat was umming and ahhing between Ravenclaw & Slytherin as it sat on my head, and all i could picture was that damn throbbing vein on Dad's forehead... I don't know if that's what swayed the hats decision but I was definitely releived when I got put into Slytherin, and the following year when Harley followed me my relief as complete.
Life as a Slyterin has been pretty sweet. I love it. I've got great friends, I've been on the Quidditch team since 4th year as a beater and i'm one of the top students in my year. Can't wait to see what happens next! [/size] - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I like to be called,Anna
