His only real distinguishing feature is his striking blue eyes. The result of his body is simply average. His build isn’t muscular but he doesn’t have any weight on him making him simply slim. He is tall but not terribly tall at a mere 6'2 and dresses like an average muggle or wizard depending on where he’s headed. There is no need for flair or anything of the sort in his wardrobe. As long as Rollo is comfortable he doesn’t care. The hair on his head is there on a whim, just as much as the hair on his face is. When he can be bothered to get it trimmed or tidy it, which isn’t often, he does but otherwise it normally is rather untidy. Overall Rollo is just another person and can easily blend in with any crowd given his soft spoken demeanor and average looks and he likes it like that.
What make me unique; Rollo is a good person…or at least he tries to be. While he’s friendly enough, or at least his definition of it, with work colleagues and his family he is far from it with the average stranger. First impressions are everything and to be quite honest Rollo makes a horrible one. Blunt, abrasive, and socially awkward at the best of times he has the social appeal of a rock which is probably a tad bit insulting to rocks. He has good intentions in some cases but even in those situations he performs horribly.
This of course is all on the surface. If one can get to know Rollo he is kind, fiercely loyal, and even on occasion sweet. Unfortunately the only person who has seen these traits in him is his sister Coralie but maybe one day they will manage to climb to the surface. Despite his horribly blunt demeanor he is a hard worker driven to do whatever it takes to get the job done. After all even if you are terrible at being a normal person being a good employee has to count for something, doesn’t it?
Given his attitude in general it is a surprise when Rollo does open his mouth but he has a tendency to do so on occasion. He’ll will act rashly based on nothing more than the fact that he doesn’t like being told he’s wrong or someone is being cruel. He in his own odd way believes in justice but like his reaction to normal social situations he does not react as most people would to such situations.

Living the teenage dream,
Rollo Liam Bonette was born on a rather clear April day in Montauk to Francesca and Godfrey Bonette. The parents themselves were in fact high school sweet hearts who both fresh out of college were reaching for the stars. Godfrey worked as a music teacher curbing his dreams of the road and fame to provide for his family. His mother Francesca though worked still as a manager at a department store while she tried to get a job with law firm. All this though, like most of the joy in Rollo’s life, would come to an astounding halt the year he turned five.
Shortly after Christmas that year Rollo’s father took Francesca to a job interview at a legal firm. Francesca would go on to get the job kissing Godfrey in the offices lobby in which he waited. It would be their last. Francesca and Godfrey Bonette died with each other hands clasped as the elevator plummeted eighty floors. Rollo would find out about this and never forget the twenty eighth of December again. Rollo shortly after this would in fact be moved to an orphanage.
The absence of a godparent along with any living relatives of his parents (It seems the Bonettes were destined to die in accidents as Godfrey’s parents passed in a car crash driving home from their wedding. Consequently the Holdrens who were Francesca’s parents were in the same car.) Rollo found himself bouncing from orphanage to orphanage at the tender age of five. Rollo developed the shy and social awkwardness that would define a majority of his years until he reached Hogwarts. It was during this time that Rollo, unbeknownst to himself, showed his first inkling of magic ability. It was small things locking doors behind him when he had no key or had not turned the lock or other such simple things.
It was at the age of eight though that salvation finally came for Rollo. He was adopted by a rather friendly couple from the United Kingdom. Matilda and Derrick McMahon of Budleigh Babberton. Establishing dual citizenship, which was an ordeal to say the least, upon his move Rollo moved into the rather large house and discovered two things.
The first thing was that his new step-parents were in fact magic and could do the things he had been doing by accident or in frustration with ease. This of course struck him as something that was simply wonderful but the second thing, well Rollo wasn’t all that positive how to react. He now had a sister. Such a situation wasn’t something he had been expecting and despite his usual shyness and disinterest in people Rollo found himself concerned about whether or not he would be a good brother.
It seemed that Rollo’s worry was, for once in his life, unfounded. While not an exceptional brother he wasn't a terrible one either and for whatever reason he felt a certain amount of sibling love for his step-sister. As odd as this was they grew together and when the time came Rollo headed off to Hogwarts.
Rollo’s Hogwarts years were a bit turbulent to say the least until his sister arrived at school. Each day was spent ducking into corridors and avoiding eye contact with everyone and everything. While he excelled in his classes he did not however excel socially and in those three years alone Rollo began to develop the paranoia that would haunt him to this very day. With pranks and everything else each step was calculated and thought about weeks in advance. It was here that Rollo picked up the habits that would never fade and cause him to lose sleep in years to come. Also he would come to adopt his step-parent’s last name. This was done more so to avoid any questions about why his last name was different or any other such thing. That was the last thing Rollo needed.
After his sister did arrive just who Rollo was and how socially inadequate he was became unbelievably evident to the rest of the school or at least to his house mates. While his sister meant well her attempts to integrate Rollo into her social life and herself into his non-existent one were fool hardy. The fact of the matter was that Rollo lacked any kind of common courteous. It was a miracle, or rather Coralie deflecting people from his path, that Rollo made it to his graduation alive. While he was lacking in these other areas Rollo thankfully excelled in his coursework and achieved high marks in all his classes. It left him wide open to do whatever he pleased as far as careers went.
Upon graduation Rollo took on his real last name once more. No longer burdened by the secret or all that worried about people finding out and asking him why it was in a way a freeing sense for the new graduate. This would be one of the few freedoms he would in fact feel as he found that his desired career, while involving much solo work, meant that he would in fact have to socialize with people on some level. While it wasn't as intense as the Ministry or working at St. Mungo’s it was still more than Rollo would have liked.
After completing his training though Rollo embraced the travel schedule required of his work and immersed himself into it full time. With no hesitation he has officially shunned the idea of being socially active and now only bothers to see his sister when he is home from his job. Everyone and everything else means very little to him. Currently Rollo is renting a flat in Diagon Alley and working full time as a Curse-Break at Gringotts after making it past the training phase of his job.
