you see your world on fire d o n t . t r y . t o . a c t . s u r p r i s e d
Albus had a point, he always seemed to be around Albus when in the midst of acting outside of the rules or even planning to. Whether Albus knew it or not he caught him awake sometimes when Aiden would return to his bed late into the night whether he was out for a late walk or enjoying the company of another student, it was easy to tell who was awake, the sound of their breathing unlike those of his fellow dorm mates who's breathing was steady and slow or even snoring. I guess you won't ever get rid of me then. Trouble was his nature and living outside the rules in whatever way he could at least in accordance to his own moral standards. These rules they gave the students were silly and wasted time, they wanted so much work out of each one of them and yet gave them detention after detention taking away from their precious study time and whatnot. These were crucial years that they lived in and would determine how they would function as adults in the real world. Didn't take your for the cheating type, just thought i'd throw it out there as a disclaimer. Aiden hoped that he hadn't offended Albus with his words, he hadn't mean to imply that it was in his nature but with the alcohol and such all he had needed was a verbal confirmation and what was that, life goes on. But, he meant that he didn't take Albus for that type, there was too much loyalty in him and too much of a moral sense to even consider doing that to someone. Aiden had mixed feelings on the subject but then again he hadn't found someone that had made him want to act on the straight and narrow in the moral sense.
He smiled when Albus said that he was glad to be spending time with him and looking back into his eyes he hoped his smile communicated the same. Sober he would have hardly approached Albus because he probably would have made him nervous in a way but he was glad they had this encounter to share for their memories because he grew weary and tired of students like himself sitting outside that border of the rules as they tiptoed it like a tightrope. Everybody needed someone to balance them and in his case Albus seemed to fit because of Prefect status and overall good boy nature and maybe that was what he needed in his life whether simply a friend or more, any level would suffice. The subconscious had a funny way of making someone act on those beliefs and wants whether you were conscious of those decisions. They say that alcohol tells the truth and sometimes it did but sometimes a filter was most certainly needed for certain situations. Regret was a silly emotion in Aiden's opinion, things happened in your life and you could either ignore it and continue on as such or learn and change before you moved on with your life. There was no point in doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result, silly, unless you wanted the same result then you had no right to regret it. Aiden disliked people who did things and played victim as if their own actions were the fault of anybody else, influence could only extend so far and then it was all you. Albus' ideology on risk was something he could agree with and he noted that only added points for him in his book. Regret is silly, it's like an anchor to your past. And then you got stuck and lived your life in that miserable spot you created.
Albus showed and shared more energy than Aiden ever expected him too and to be honest it only made his blood race more and his heart beat faster. There was something incredibly hot about the quiet kid that all of a sudden exploded on the scene with energy and passion and took your breath away. Soon their bodies were tight against one another and the distance only created by the fabric of their clothing and at least Aiden was feeling the heat and like the middle of summer he desired for some relief. The more that Albus moved against him the more he wanted to continue and fight back against this constant teasing that he just could hardly take anymore. Patience was wearing thin and his hands roamed his back where they would occasionally apply more pressure the more he felt it. Stopping for some much needed air Albus moved back and stood up to face him and he wondered why else he had moved away. Did he not want this? Was he just going to leave him hanging like that? It was something he could respect but not something he was quite so happy about but Albus grabbed his hand and suggested they head back to the dorm and Aiden nodded in agreement, and to that very true statement. It was known that girls were allowed in the boys dorms but not the other way around and of course boys were in the boys dorms. Aiden nodded and squeezed his hand gently, he wouldn't let him fall. I got you, don't worry. Hopefully that was enough reassurance, but then again Aiden was a much more stable drunk and as long as Albus didn't talk a whole lot it would be okay. Before they left he grabbed his wand and waved it at the glasses and bottles left behind as they made their way to their original homes and hiding places. Just a bit of magic he had actually learned along the way.
The trip back to the rooms was a little bit exciting because it was that risk of not getting caught and ignoring the urge to just push him up against a wall and have his way with him, if that would happen they would most certainly get caught and he didn't want that embarrassment for Albus because it was unexpected of him. Finally they arrived and quietly made their way up to their dorms and to the beds and chose an empty one away from the others who were dead asleep, like the setting had been made for them. Move closer into Albus arms he felt his hot breath against his ear and immediately felt his stomach tingle and that anticipation again, he smiled and whispered back into his ear. How can I forget you? Some people weren't worth remembering and this time he didn't feel that way, there was something about him and he could really say this was something he would enjoy and for once not be that guy who left. Aiden knew this was going to go somewhere but he was hardly sure how far but he knew that even though it might piss him off he had to respect Albus and what he wanted, there was something about these forced sexual activities in moments of insecurity that disgusted him. Like when he would hear about boys 'convincing' girls to have sex with them, there was nothing noble about that at all and he knew that he would keep that in mind. However, all he wanted right now was to be close to him they seemed to be on the same wavelength as Albus removed his shirt and soon Aiden kissed him passionately as he moved on top of him. Stopping for a breath he removed his wand from his pocket and again waved it so that the curtains of the four poster drew around them and muttering some words he threw the wand aside.
It was nice to know these spells of privacy and that way they wouldn't wake their dorm mates. Smiling he leaned in again and unbuttoned Albus shirt, pushing the material back and he let his hands move from his chest and smooth skin, down his abdomen and past his belly button where he stopped. Glancing back up at Albus he smirked and slowly began to unbuckle the belt, watching to see how far he would let him go. When the belt was undone his fingers moved to the button and he slowly undid that and the zipper as well. Stopping he moved his hands back up his torso and where he kissed his collarbone and up to his neck and then to his lips where he just wanted Albus to feel the heat he was feeling and that he was just ready. Aiden moved Albus legs and waist so they could be closer to his own and as he leaned forward he moved his body against the smaller boy but careful not to crush him and he kissed his neck and then his lips again. Aiden was careful not to rush anything but he chanced it and his hand traveled back down to where his fingers moved away the fabric of the top of his pants and his fingers slowly slipped under the edge of his boxers. Aiden deepened the kiss and just allowed things to fall into place.

- - - - - - - - - - - - Not planning to run into Aiden was one of those things that made his day. In the past he was insecure about being a prefect, and dealing with those who were trouble makers. Over the past couple years he got used to it. Aiden was a regular to him, but it wasn't like every time he encountered the boy he wasn't smiling the whole time. Albus learned being sour and cold to people wasn't his thing, and just interacting with people was important. If he was having a bad day, and Aiden got smart with him he may have given the boy detention, but over all he saw it harmless, and wouldn't change a thing. "Who said I wanted to get rid of you? I couldn't do that, your too cute to toss away." Albus explained leaning forward pecking the boy's lips gently. Albus wouldn't trade these last couple hours for anything, it was nice getting close to someone he only knew in different settings. On the job it was different, but right now he was slowly opening up learning the boy, and making a friend in the process. Albus would appreciate someone he roomed with being a friend, he liked the idea even. If anything were to come of this night, he'd take it as it came, and that was final. No pressure, just impulse and happiness.
Albus was happy to know Aiden didn't think he was a cheater, he didn't have the heart to hurt someone in that low way. So after being explained it was a disclaimer, he snickered and shook his head. Albus wouldn't speak another word, the smile on Aiden's face had him quiet, and he was praising the boy a bit, but it was deserved. Albus was enjoying his time, and that wouldn't change. It was his time to get close with Aiden and experience for himself, he was slowly learning as well. As the topic moved to regret and he listened to Aiden's words. Perhaps there was more to the boy, and when he spoke of the word past Al looked for any signs of discomfort. Not that he'd assume, but the words just made him feel like the boy's past may have not been the greatest. Why else would he not want to be stuck there? Albus didn't speak from there, he just allowed the moment to fade into kissing the boy. Albus put his heart and soul into his kisses, and he could tell Aiden was enjoying them. Kisses could tell you a lot about a person, weather they were weak or strong, they showed feeling and emotion. Passion was what he felt, and he portrayed it through the act of kissing. The tension was thick, and Aiden's grip has him wanting more was why he rushed to leave the empty classroom. It was time to take this somewhere more comfortable.
Aiden's words caused him to blush, and he liked the feeling of Aiden watching out for him. Letting himself fall would be the least of his worries if the boy spoke the truth. Albus wouldn't think too much on it, he didn't want the tension to fade. The two roamed the castle, and he fought the urges to stop for snogging sessions. He knew Aiden could hold his weight, there was something sexy about the thought of being lifted and pressed against the one of the castle walls, being kissed, he swooned over the thought silently. It was unprefect like to be caught in suck ways, this is why he just rushed toward the dungeons. Once there he let the anxiety fill his system and he was now anticipating what was going to happen. Albus didn't want to not please Aiden, he just knew his fear would set in eventually. At the boy's question Albus looked into his eyes. Albus moved toward his ear and began to whisper "It wouldn't be the first time." Albus stated, not wanting nothing more to do with his negative thoughts. Life went on, and this was living proof. After undressing the boy's top half, he took in a moment to enjoy the view. Soon after he felt a rush of courage pulling the boy down with him. As the curtains closed around them he tried to relax his heart rate.
At Aiden's touch he sucked in his stomach, closing his eyes for a moment. There was something more gentle about the touch that made it easier for him to accept it. When with Ben, he was scared and couldn't get in the mind frame to let things unfold. Those bad boys were not all the same, he needed to keep that in mind as he felt himself being undressed. The older boy's hand stopped at his waist and he opened his eyes, his cheeks pink, Albus nodded approving him to continue what he was doing. Soon after his lips were graced with another kiss, and he focused on that and not the undoing of his pants. How did this go again, Albus remembered he needed to focus else where, Eva taught him doing other things would keep him mind away from being insecure. Albus didn't want to back down, he didn't want to leave Aiden dry like that, so he moved his hands down slowly unbuttoning the boy's pants now. His heart was pounding as he broke the kiss, he pushed the material away from the boy exposing him. Albus let his hands roam freely and purred at the soft kisses on his neck, letting desire over power him. Not anticipating, and letting himself be consumed into the kiss he didn't notice the boy touching him. Thank Merlin for alcohol, and blinded passion.
**** Time lapse til morning ****
After it was all said and done the night went well and the outcome was never the less pleasing. The light peeked past the curtain causing his blue orbs to open slightly. "What the..." Albus said his head pounding, and the smell of alcohol lingering from the previous night. Albus' head was pressed against a chest, he could heart the settle heartbeat as he jobbed his memory for the nights events. Albus remembered, and a smile crept to his lips as he looked up to find Aiden sleeping. No he didn't leave him, as he thought he may. What day was it? Albus' eyes widened at the fact he may have been a day with classes. Slow he sat up looking down at the sleeping boy. Albus never had slept beside a boy, even with Ben he didn't entertain an over nighter. It felt nice, Albus looked to his watch reading the date. "Shit." He said laying back down. He gently tried to wake Aiden, until he got a response. "It is your fault I missed class this morning." Albus claimed inching up kissing the boy's cheek. He saw it fit to at least have that privileged after the night the two experienced. "Aiden wake up, I smell like a mini bar, and I want your attention." The younger boy declared stubborn. Albus peeked out to see they were the only ones in the dorm. Jack would certainly state something on his absence from class. Albus sighed heavily, resting his head back on the boy's chest, waiting for Aiden to join him with company. It was only normal for him to be a little emotional after a night like the one they shared.

you see your world on fire d o n t . t r y . t o . a c t . s u r p r i s e d
There must have been a lot that Albus was willing to forget or wanting to get his mind of for the way he was letting Aiden have his way with him and not stop him was a bit of a surprise. Then again they were both these mysterious characters as they did what people did not expect them to. These two enigmatic characters had found each other and that was their connection. Albus was a bit more rebellious that he let off to be and Aiden actually was a good guy albeit plus the alcohol and physical acts of the night. Albus muttered about being forgotten and he felt for him, Aiden could relate on that matter. There were people who put their troubles ahead of those they were supposed to be taking care of, his mother putting herself before her son and pretty much ignoring him. It was a hurtful feeling to be forgotten and not that he would do that to Albus but he would be careful to not give him the idea that he was that type of guy. Whatever connection they had told him that he had to take care with this one for it was fragile and could not be treated as others in his life. Emotions were still set aside and it was all physical for him, for now but that didn't mean you couldn't be not heartless in the matter. Clothes came off and the temperature in the room skyrocketed and he remembered the unbridled passion you could experience with someone else and the addiction to the risk of the matter and the nature of the crime. Aiden was no saint and he'd had many nights spend with others in his bed or their's, men and women he shared those physical connections and hardly any to speak of with intimacy. His walls were still up, as they had always been.
Aiden could see the incoming light through his closed eyelids and he moved his face so that it was in the pillow but he wasn't smothering his ability to breath. It wasn't so much the hangover but sheer exhaustion that took over him and laziness overall. Classes were being missed as normal and he felt fine with not caring about that, he just wanted to sleep and wake up in time for lunch and then his afternoon classes before repeating this little cycle over the next night. Maybe this time he would find some company, not for the physical needs but in a friend to roam and cause trouble with. If his routine was always the same even he would grow tired of breaking the rules and actually behave, he couldn't have that now could he? To his side he remembered the warm body that lay next to him and felt it shifting slightly as he was now probably awake as well and with the tolerance level he witnessed the previous night he assumed the boy would have a striking headache. Aiden was no stranger to sharing a bed with another and therefore didn't feel any different than if he was waking up alone after a hard night of drinking and reflecting on his life thus far and seeing he was going nowhere with his life and that was his forever reality. Falling back into sleep slowly he suddenly felt someone's hands on his skin and then gently shaking him so that he could wake up and he slowly raised his head and squinted his eyes on the incoming light until his pupils adjusted accordingly. Like you mind. He responded at Albus speaking about missing class. Then again he really didn't care about himself missing class but he knew Albus was always paying attention to his own attendance.
Aiden was awake now and looked at the blue eyed boy next to him, he was cuter in the light he smiled at the memories now in his mind and had to admit that he'd had a good time. A very cute mini bar. He moved closer to him and Aiden let him, there was this connection they now had and he couldn't understand it. Very little emotionally had been shared but he didn't feel the urge to leave and have his own space. What was it about him that made him feel comfortable? They shared a lot in their own emotions but Aiden had managed to keep quiet as he normally did, it only left him thinking. So, how do you like being a rebel now? Drinking, out after hours, not handing out a detention, skipping morning classes. Certainly was a change.

- - - - - - - - - - - - The night had certainly brought events he hadn't expected. Albus went out to find a trouble maker, and got caught up in the limelight of being there by the older boy's side. Sharing his feelings, speaking on matters that were dear to him. Albus wasn't one to just open up like that to anyone, especially those who wore the same school colors as he did. Aiden brought comfort to Albus, in his eyes. There was so much more he would have liked to known, but he never got the chance. Now he lay beside the boy, craving affection that wasn't there. Did Albus regret what he did? No, he enjoyed himself but he wasn't sure he was capable of just walking away. The boy with no experience allowed Aiden to have as much as he wanted, and end result he was exhausted and confused on what to do. What was one suppose to do after having a fling? James usually told the girl to take a cab home, if he remembered correctly. This was different he couldn't get in a cab and go home. In senses he was already home. Albus chewed the inside of his cheek while Aiden woke up fully. At the boy's words he quirked an eyebrow. "I do care, I've had perfect grades since first year. Thank you." Albus muttered, unsure of how much one class would effect him. When dating Ben he was forced to skip classes to give Ben attention, therefore it wouldn't be the first time he skipped.
Aiden's words made him blush, and somewhere he felt a little insecure. Come the circumstances he was undressed, laying beside a boy who has probably used every compliment in the book. Albus didn't want to feel special, he was trying not to get attached. "It's unattractive." Albus corrected allowing himself to cuddle for the time being. Last night he had passed out, and didn't get the full experience. Over thinking was always the worst thing he could do. Albus could push himself to a state of mania with all the thinking, what happened to having fun and being reckless? Now he was just left with questions he was trying to answer. A rebel? Albus smirked a bit, the boy's voice pulling him from his thoughts. "Or is the question, how do I like, being with a rebel?" Albus asked quirking one of his groomed brows. Rolling to his stomach, he used his hands to cushion his head. "I guess it feels how it's suppose to, life goes on, and look I have a memory." Albus said giving a smile less them genuine. He wasn't sure if he wanted to continue talking, or he wanted to run away. Aiden was giving him the respect of staying by his side, when the boy could have easily walked away by now. The pounding in his head was distracting enough, perhaps a shower would do him some good. "So what are rebels suppose to do now?" Albus asked wide eyed. This was territory he was unfamiliar with, but he needed to try to piece together an answer. "This is where I part from you, and go take a shower, try to forget we...you know...life goes on. I'm sure I'll run into you at another random moment." Albus stated in a unsure tone, or at least he hoped so. Why was it so easy to leave everyone else? Slacking on his priorities and what not.
Albus cleared his throat. There was some worry in his mind but he shut down his thoughts, he could handle them on his own. He slowly forced himself to roll over and sit up. Looking for his articles of clothing. Skimming the floor he frowned at his boxers and looked to Aiden. "Don't look." He said waiting for the boy to look away as he got up walking over getting in some form of clothing. Quickly he walked over to his bed gathering his supplies, for his shower. Albus needed to wake up from his hang over, and continue with life. After he had a neat stack of items he walked over to Aiden's bed side and looked down at the boy. Albus leaned on the bed, and kissed Aiden's forehead. "I won't forget you." He stated walking over to his things, folding them under his arm. Smiling he turned around, walking backwards toward the door. "You better not be causing trouble, in my halls. Just because I think your handsome doesn't mean I'm going to go easy on you." Albus stated waving slightly as he took his leave. Now it only a close memory, and the start of a new friendship.

you see your world on fire d o n t . t r y . t o . a c t . s u r p r i s e d
Aiden and Albus clearly had different views and habits when it came to school. Although Aiden wasn't dumb by any means he was merely that student wasting his probably intelligence and talent and most of all, potential. It was something he heard often from his professors and really it just was nothing to hear it over and over again. As far as his life was concerned, he would figure it out. With months left to graduate it was a bit late to get his plans together and push to change it at all, he would just have to face reality although he had been planning for that since his first year unlike some of his classmates who he figured would not fit in that well with reality at first. Still, he hadn't forced him to skip class he would have been fine waking up alone. Not like I made you. He muttered, it was not in his style at all to force people to do things. Whatever Albus thought Aiden thought he was adorable, there was that sense of awkwardness that followed him around and it made him so completely real in the backdrop of so many fake people in this place that it was a well received breath of fresh air. Memories were created and cemented in their mind, it was something a little more trivial for Aiden and thus far he had no idea what it mean to Albus, their shared night and all, it was a memory and good experience and one he would keep to himself as he assumed that Albus would not want his life out int he open as it was happening. It was not his experience to share fully and therefore the ownership was both.
Aiden let Albus cuddle with him, it was one thing that people deemed him unapproachable and unemotional when really he didn't mind a hug or cuddling and all that. It was a way to show non verbally what you were feeling and he didn't want Albus to feel used because he had not been used at all. You'll find me again, we have a habit of running into each other. That was how life went and if it was meant that they meet up again then it would happen, if it didn't then they had a good night and life went on. There was no point in staying stuck on these things longer than they needed to be anyway. Albus asked him to not look as he moved from the bed, he pushed his face into the pillow so that he wouldn't feel too insecure. Looking into the blackness he felt the weight shift on the bed and when he figured that he was all good he looked up and watched him gather some of his items and then walk back over to where he was laying down. Aiden could only smile and watched as he walked away. Looking back at the clock he really didn't feel like attending Potions this morning and after his free period after Potions it was lunch and then he would probably wake up for his day. Considering his track record he was going to need his rest for whatever Detention Lupin would give him this afternoon and he was not looking forward to that. With that he put his head back down on the pillow and drifted back to sleep.
