Spring Flings & Easter Things

It's springtime at Hogwarts! The trees are blooming, the sun is shining, and there are some rainy days on the horizon. Easter Break is coming up, but, before our students leave for break, we have a couple events that the staff of Hogwarts and the heads and prefects have organized. They include:

The Quidditch Field trip

Love Quidditch? To celibate St. Patrick's day and the luck of the Irish, Hogwarts staff have sent home letter to the parents, asking for permission to take the students on a field trip. Transportation by portkey, to view the Irish playing the Scottish in a fierce quidditch match. All students must dress in appropriate and casual clothing. You must have your permission slip signed and your head of house will check you off for the trip. No permission slip, no attendance.

The Easter Feast.

The Easter feast is the last gathering before the students are sent home for the Easter holiday. Take this time to enjoy one last meal with your friends to hold you over the break. Then eat up til fill. Music from the frog choir will be on display during the whole feast.

The Sadie Hawkins dance.

The Sadie Hawkins dance will be located in the Great Hall. There will be music, snacks, and punch. Remember, what makes this event special is that females have to invite males to it, showing us that our bright young witches are as strong and courageous as they come. This dance is less formal then most of the ball events, but don't forget to keep in neatly, chic clothing.
