His guitar hung on his back loosely as always by its strap, the strap concealed though and not so obvious beneath his black suit jacket that was buttoned up half way over his white button down shirt. He had skipped breakfast, too excited to sit still, he had his plans for Hogsmeade all listed in order in his head and he planned on no disturbances either. He shoved his hands deep in the pockets of his black slacks and he looked down letting his curly locks topple slightly into his eyes as he watched his black high top shoes with white graphic designs along them, crunch into the snow. A goofy grin on his face as a million disturbing thoughts crossed his mind. He listened to the sound of giggling girls behind him, gossiping girls to his side and boys bullying some other kids in front of him, he shook his head, society was so complex, oh this was the human in their natural habitat. He glanced up at the village growing nearer and nearer and he veered off away from the massive group and along the snow covered path toward the Shrieking Shack. He hated how the fence kept them out and at such distance but he sat down on a decently big boulder, for a moment just admiring the snow covered building off in the distance, so fragile, it looked like a gust of wind could knock it over like a card house. He smirked to himself before he shifted his guitar in front of him now and rested it on his knees before he began strumming a melody he had heard on a muggle radio station from his mother's radio she always kept on in the living room. He chuckled, it always bugged his father how she tried to shove muggle things down the kids throats but Hugo never minded the music portion of learning. He heard footsteps in the snow though and glanced up as he was joined and he stopped his strumming not wanting to disturb the new comer in the area. A dimpled foolish grin crossed his face as he looked the girl over,"Ello beautiful lady how're you this morning?" he asked kindly.

"What do you mean you won't spend the Hogsmeade weekend with me Ben? I don't have any other plans." She pouted. Devonn wasn't normally one to tag a long with her brother but it had slipped her mind to ask someone the previous day to hang out. Now she was standing in the Great hall in her pajamas looking like a fool bickering with her older brother. Excuses and more excusess he couldn't help to grind her teeth and give him a harsh glare. "Yeah whatever Benny, tell her I said Hello since she is so much more important then spending time with your adorable little sister!" She said stomping down on his foot and storming off. The nerve of that boy stuttering as if he had nothing to hind. He walked different acted different, maybe Ben was in love with this mystery girl. A sudden smile appeared on her face as he skipped down the stairs to the basement her curls bouncing with each step.
She'd go herself and do something spontaneous that was it. Devonn made up her mind entering the Hufflepuff common room and making her way to her dorm. It was empty but she quickly got dressed putting on a pair of leggings and a sweater dress that hugged all her curves. Devonn put on her heeled boots and added some curls to her hair. She quickly did her make up before making her leave from the castle. She made her way to the statue of the one eyed witch and spoke the charm to enter the secret passage. This was was faster and she didn't fancy walking in too much snow in heels. A good hour later and she was walking Hogsmeade village. A grin on her lips walking behind the three broom sticks bar. The window was broken and she peeked in seeing the bar tender distracted. "Accio whiskey." She whispered watching the bottle levitate til it was in her grasp. Her tiny finger wrapped around the bottle a sly smile on her cheeks as he ran for the shrieking shack.
When Devonn was far enough away from the village she heard music and followed it the bottle loosely hanging from her hand. The snow was beautiful and when she heard a voice she was drawn to it. "Beautiful lady, that's a new one." Devonn teased sitting down beside her best friend. "As for my morning, I fought with my stubborn brother about spending the day here in Hogsmeade. He was too busy hanging with his lady friend to join me! He is hiding something." She pouted playfully looking at the bottle. "Maybe it's a good thing he isn't here. Now I get to spend the day with my extremely talented and did I mention handsome best pal Hugo!" She stated excitement in her voice. Maybe it was a bit early for drinking but she figured she'd inquire the bottle anyways. "How are you this morning Cutie?" Devonn asked cocking her head cutely as she had an urge to mess with his hair. Luckily she stopped herself but she couldn't help her curiosity to it's softness.
