cam seemingly isn't a very complex person. she's relatively good-natured and tolerating. she certainly isn't very hard to approach, making any sort of relationship rather easy - as long as they can keep up with her unique pace. above all, she's a competitive person. those who cannot endure a bit of showboating probably wouldn't congregate around her, but it's somewhat admirable in a way, too. she's a confident individual, maybe a little too overconfident at times, but she isn't afraid of confrontation, making her very upfront and blunt.

she's a total tomboy, definitely 'one of the guys.' she certainly has the mindset of one. she's a bit callous and rough-around-the-edges. this makes her rather insensitive, but it is not as if she purposefully goes out of her way to be rude. she just has a very shallow filter on her words. this would probably be one of the most unattractive things about cam. she doesn't seem to have the capability to read between the lines or pad her words carefully. with guys, of course, this wouldn't be much of a problem. but overly sensitive individuals might not enjoy her company very much. in addition, she's a bit dense when it comes to people not wanting to be around her. subtle hints seem to fly right over her head. people need to be very clear and concise with her in those sorts of things.[/font]

even if they are not aware of it, cam will group most people into this category. 'friendly' is most definitely a word that could be used to describe her. it's naturally in her disposition to go out of her way to introduce herself or help a complete stranger. she's extremely energetic, and will enjoy the company of those like her, people that also play sports or whatever. also, people that can particularly joke around with her. she's one that pushes boundaries. she'll flirt and tease her close friends without any sort of emotional or romantic attachment. she just doesn't put a lot of worth in small actions like that. adventurous people, too, would quickly become friends with her. other students that can be impulsive with her and not hold it against her.

cam will most probably have more male friends than female friends, simply because of her disposition. though she wouldn't admit it, she probably enjoys their company more, too. but, as much as she needs those guy friends to joke around with, she'll probably need some female friends to confide in and other girl stuff.

cam will never actively make enemies. but, then again, who does? but, well, it's not as if everyone can like everyone. it is most definitely possible for her to have made an enemy as a result of her blunt and harsh words or her impulsive actions. maybe someone who lost in a competition with her? she also has this thing with arguing with people. if she firmly believes in something, she will defend it to the last breath. often times, this leads to fierce arguments and even physical fights.

currently, cam is crushing on arabel whitby. it's only one-sided, though. anyone could really sweep her off her feet. but, well, she's crushing rather hard and desperately trying not to show it. this is pretty open to anyone's plotting, really. she falls in love rather easily, but it's hard for her to get out of it once she falls. she'll particularly be interested in people that share her interests. sports, being competitive, teasing each other, skipping out on classes together. she is pansexual, so rather than basing her affections on gender, she prefers to be 'gender blind.'

(Lily && Cam)

These two are the same age in the same house. I can see them being best friends. Lily is super friendly, and she is very loyal to all her friends. She is an open book, and swears her heart on her sleeve. She is a great listener and she is very protective of all her friends. I can see Lily and Cam having a sort of 'Bromance' even if they are both girls. (cant think of a better word for that) They are both tom boys. They could joke and be flirty, and talk about anything. Lily is straight but maybe she is one of the new people who know about Cam's crush on Arabel? Lily play quidditch the her crush after all. So maybe she knows the two of them well. Besties, is what I'm thinking but feel free to add/subtract any of my ideas.

(Fred && Cam)

Fred is a little older then her but he is the master of pulling pranks, and very fun to be around. I think since they are both energetic they could feed off one another's hyper-activeness? Fred may even take her on an adventure to get back at any professor who gets her irritated. Maybe she looks up to him, in the having fun aspect of life? Friends?

You know, best friends. Play around, prank people, laugh at and with each other. Maybe little gossip, (not anything major.) Since you mentioned a one sided love, I'm thinking it won't end with them falling for each other. Well, Arabel at least. We will flirt around, little squeezy squeezy, kissie kissie, but I don't think Arabel will feel anything more than her very best friend. At one point, she can find out about the love, and maybe kiss Cameron one time, just so she doesn't COMPLETELY suffer. At that point, i'm hoping she will already have another relationship.
