When Eva had arrived home from the airport, she couldn't wait to get inside and tell her mother and sister all about the trip. Naturally, she would be telling her sister far more than her mother, but that was just because Eva wanted to keep some things from her mother's ear. She didn't need to know about the romantic parts of the trip, or how she had basically fallen in love with Venice and Zayne while she had been there. She was sure her mother would try to tell her that it wasn't love, and that she was still too young for that sort of thing. Had this of been a few months ago, Eva would have agreed completely with that idea. But, now, she was in a totally different mindset and she felt like anything was possible. Hell, she was in a relationship with her best friend, of course anything was possible. And she was happy, happier than she would have ever thought she would be.

Eva took her bag from the trunk of the taxi and slung it over her shoulder and then paid the man and then headed into the house. "Mum! Dad! Brooke!" she called, unsure of who exactly would be home and who wasn't. She dropped her bag in the foyer of the house and walked further into it, calling their names again. She then heard her mother call her from the kitchen and Eva headed in that direction to find both her and Brooke there and the table full of dough. "What are you guys doing?" she asked with arched eyebrows. Her mother asked how her trip was and Eva gave her a basic overview of how awesome it was, but then told her that she'd tell her the rest at dinner, and that she wanted to go unpack. She beckoned Brooke to follow her because she'd prefer to tell her all about it in the privacy of her own room.

Eva picked up her bag in the foyer before heading up the stairs to her bedroom, hearing Brooke trailing right behind her. Eva walked into her room and tossed her bag on her bed and then heard Brooke close the door behind her after she walked in behind Eva. Brooke then sat on Eva's bed and looked at her expectantly, which made Eva smile widely. "Oh, Brooke, it was amazing," she breathed as she unzipped her bag and started to take things out. "First off, the city is breathtaking. You have to go there sometime," she said with a smile. "Maybe you can come too next time I go," she said, even though there hadn't been any actual plans for her to visit him in Venice again. After she put her dirty clothes in her laundry basket, she turned to her sister and smiled widely. "so, and I can't believe I am saying this, but I think I'm in love," she breathed. She felt a blush creeping onto her face.
