Scarlett doesn't really make friends that easily because of trust issues but I see her having two or three really good friends.

Kieran is in the same year and is the same age as Luca but sees him more as the older brother as he his quieter and more shy. His childhood was certainly more traumatic but he would have recognized her from hanging around with him and if she visited him in the Hospital Wing the morning after. I'm sure they would have been friendly and he wouldn't have gone out of his way to talk to her after the breakup, but that's up to you what you want their relationship to be.
JACK&&scarlett
Jack is the Head Boy and definitely takes a notice to all the pretty girls around the school. Though he is naturally quiet he is very friendly and easy to get along with. Being in the same house he would know her, but if he saw her with a guy already he wouldn't do anything, but i'm sure they would know each other.
AIDEN&&scarlett
Aiden is also in the same house, but a year older. He would know her and she would know of him but I doubt he would be more than acquaintances unless she would have run into him in the middle of the night.

Maybe they were good friends before the break up but after that depending on what Kieran knows about it and what he would do is where their relationships stands. Brother or not Kieran is a male and Scarlett has decided to stay away from all boys and try to win back Luca. But she would be nice and respect him just probably be careful around him? Any ideas on your end?

I agree they would know eachother but she would show no interest in him due to her wanting Luca back. Maybe he tries to flirt but she shots him down?

No they probably would just know of each other but she would not make any effort to talk to him due to trying to get Luca back.

( Ana && Scarlett )So, I think these two girls would get along. They are both Slytherin, both friendly, and both have something valid in common. The boy they want doesn't want them. Ana recently has been avoiding men at all cost, with a couple of her guy friend exceptions. She was hurt by her best friend, Jack so she will need a girl friend to talk to. She is great with advice as well, they can help each other. Ana doesn't do drama, like Scarlett. She is stubborn as well. I want to say best female friends for the win.
So I'd imagine these two to be somewhat close because of the fact their families are. Weasleys and Woods. Fred is protective of Julia and thinks of her as another little sister, he doesn't let people tease her and helps her when she needs it. Fred is a prankster, so I can also see him being a trigger for her to let loose and have some fun. Fred is a drinker, and loves to party, I think these two will get along just fine, again. Good friends?

Family! So Fay would try and get through to Dem whenever they got a chance to get together. Fayolen is helpful when it comes to their curse because he's had it for so long. He would try to help Dem and wouldn't give up even if Dem pushed him away.

Angelique isn't shy. I can see her trying to bring Dem out of his shell because she shees something in him that intruiges her. She would probably feel like a mentor or a big sister type roll, but she would lead him in the wrong direction being the troublemaker she is.

Jasmine is proude and cold so she doens't let people in compltely, but she tries to be friendly with everyone. I can see her at least trying to be his friend.
Julia&&Michael
He would flirt and flirt even if she shut him out. His objection is to win and he would sure try. His relationships never last long, but he loves the ladies.
Lucy&&Michael
Ok, I picture Lucy as sweet and innocent which Mike would feel the need to break. He isn't a bad guy, he just likes woman a lot. He might try to win her over, make her feel special, but like most of his relationships, it would probably end badly.
