Missy sat in her office late evening looking over her professors book and writing on parchment the exact way she was going to teach her love potion lesson. Since mistletoe was in season she figured it was best to get the basic lesson out of the way and for Valentine's day she could do the advanced lesson. Since each thing signified love. Each year she would get worked up and think of new ways to present the topic, Love potions were her specialty. The obsessive nature of a love potion was quite entertaining. Although they could be dangerous to master. It was quite tricky and one small thing could cause an explosion. Missy smirked thinking back to her year and how the boy beside her nearly blew up his face. She snickered jotting down more on her parchment. A yawn escaped her pink lips and her blue eyes glanced up to the clock on the wall. It had been quite some time since she had a night out on the town. Perhaps it would be good for her spirits since she did have to spend the holidays alone. Softly sighing got to her feet. "Locomotor!" She said watching everything move around her desk and get into it rightful place. After that she locked up shop and set out for a fire place to return to her room in Diagon alley.
The small blonde traveled the halls ghost-like just gliding. It would be her to catch a couple students snogging in hidden corridors but tonight was different. Busting students could always be done. An empty class room and a handful of flu powder had her travel to the fireplace of the housing arrangement she had. Missy looked around seeing her darling dog. A smirk crept to her lips as she walked over to the counter feeding him for the night. What to wear, what to wear? was her over all thought process. It was tough was she out to be flirty or was she looking to just chill with some of the guys. Oh, she'd wing it. Missy pulled out a black lacy dress, with a pair of stalkings, her black heels and a black hair bow. The girl quickly got dressed looking over herself in the mirror adding some curls to her blonde hair, as well as some make up to her pale face. Once she was ready she looked over to Dillinger, her dog. "Do I look ravishing?" She asked sarcastically petting him once more before exiting her room.
Missy would just walk to The Leaky Cauldron. There was bound to be someone she knew this late in the evening. If only one of her students saw her, it would be a complete fail on her part. Missy was very careful to travel away from Hogsmeade for her wild nights of drinking and fun. It would be a shame to actually know why she was cranky and lazy come Monday mornings. A soft chuckle escaped her lips as she walked the street. Missy was so very small compared to everyone else. In her life she just never hit the five foot mark staining forever 4'11. There was nothing better then being small to her though, because even as tiny and innocent she appeared it was just misleading. Missy was a tough, stern female point blank and it was not expected by noting her appearance. The small blonde pushed open the door to the pub walking over to the counter greeting the regular town drunks. It was sad knowing them by name yet they were merely human as she was. She sat at the bar stood ordering a fire-whiskey and cranberry juice awaiting the night. After being delivered her drink she stood up the music of the room putting her in good spirits. The small blonde glances around the room her eyes locking on Davin Lestrange, a smirk toyed on her lips as she walked over to him offering a cheeky smile. "Evening Caine." She greeted glancing around to see if he was accompanied by anyone before she intruded. "Seems like a good night for a drink, it's been a while since I've seen you last. How have you been?" Missy asked trying to maintain small talk while she sipped her drink.

Just another typical day at the office, tons of paperwork he actually didn't mind doing and then out and about playing hero with the rest of the office. Really the only part of the job he wasn't very fond of was the interrogations, not that he actually performed them himself but he could at least watch behind the enchanted wall and watch it happen. It was always interesting watching a suspect unfold before your very eyes, transforming from a stoic allegedly innocent individual to a broken man pleading for his life. To hold that power must have been something, but it wasn't something he ever wanted. Caine walked over to his small assigned cubicle space and sat in his chair, glancing at the clock as he noticed that he should have left three hours ago. It was one of those things he didn't mind because his life as of now consisted of mainly working and not much else. Standing up he grabbed his leather jacked from the back of his chair and slipped it on, the weather was anything but warm these days and saying his goodbyes to whomever was left here he walked with his hands in his pocket to the magical elevators and to the lobby where the Floo Network would let him get to his intended destination. Where was he going? Caine stepped into the bright fire looking like a man with something on his mind, he was much too young to feel this old, like he was really ahead in his age and time and he was stuck not even twenty years old yet. With a flash he walked into a much larger room and much warmer than the last one. Composing himself he walked over to the bar and waved at the bartender, his friendly face bringing him his usual: Firewhiskey.
It was crowded tonight and he knew he shouldn't have expected anything different. After some days at work if he wasn't already exhausted enough to just fall on his bed and sleep he would usually come here and drink, there wasn't much else to do for him and the escape was something to be desired and really was the only way to escape his life and his world and who he was. Now on his second drink he had barely set his glass down on the old wooden counter when he heard his name. Looking over he paused for a moment as the blonde approached him, dressed in a dress and heels and like she was going to a party or looking for one. Had he not recognized the voice immediately he would have paused longer at the beauty approaching him. It's always a good night for a drink. Only a personal opinion of course, but nothing but fact in his mind. Just working, and you? How's work? The age gap here wasn't anything to them but the friendship was something at least. Caine had quite a few friends for being the shy character that he was and it was just one of those small challenges of bringing him outside of his bubble and into the world. She was a teacher and he already had admired that fact because it was not a job he would have considered for himself despite his vast knowledge of several subjects and ability to learn. Finishing off his second whiskey he looked for the bartender again. You look nice. He added, and ordered himself another drink and glanced back at her. Can I get you another drink?
